Ksenia’s journey in immigration law began at one of Canada’s most respected immigration firms, where she ran her own practice focusing on corporate and individual immigration applications. There, she honed her skills in managing diverse cases and delivering successful outcomes for her clients. Later, she co-founded a boutique immigration law firm in Toronto, which quickly became a trusted resource for those seeking reliable, results-driven legal representation.

Building on years of experience and a clear vision for strategic cross-border representation, Ksenia launched Tchern McCallum Immigration Law to provide personalized, results-driven solutions across Canadian and U.S. immigration systems. This practice is built on her mission to humanize the immigration process while offering pragmatic, results-oriented solutions.
